If you’re trying to limit your dairy intake or just want a refreshing summer time treat, try making these vegan, strawberry-and-cream ice pops. All you need is five ingredients, a food processor, an ice pop mold, and an ice-cold freezer.
Purée your strawberries in food processor
In a bowl, combine your coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Alternate between pouring a layer of strawberry purée and a thin layer of coconut mix into ice pop molds, and continue doing this until both are used up.
Insert ice pop sticks and freeze for at least four hours then enjoy!
