School mornings are hard, but it's easy to get your kids to eat healthy when it looks this good. We got this healthy French toast recipe from Felicia Romero, a wellness coach and former fitness model. Today, she owns her own gym and has a strong online wellness business.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices bread, preferably ezekiel brand
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries and bananas
Directions
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium heat. Grease pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Transfer the egg mixture to a low-set bowl.
  3. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture for 10-15 second on each side.
  4. Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add desired toppings.
  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!
