  • store-bought, all butter pound cake
  • 1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves
Directions
  1. Combine the cream cheese, strawberries, honey, and basil in a small food processor. Process until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Light a grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees. Spray the grill grates generously with cooking spray. Grill pound cake for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted and charred. Serve with fresh strawberries and cream cheese.
