We are all fans of flourless chocolate cake, but pastry chef Mellisa Root of Madera shares with us her recipe for the classic cake turned into a cookie.
In a large bowl, mix together everything but the egg whites. Slowly mix in the whites and beat for 1 minute. Let it sit for 10 minutes then use the blue 3-ounce scoop on a silpat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
