Flourless Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients

  • 850 Grams confectioners' sugar
  • 170 Grams cocoa powder
  • 5 Grams salt
  • 650 Grams chopped walnuts
  • 300 Grams frozen egg whites
  • 300 Grams chocolate chunks

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together everything but the egg whites. Slowly mix in the whites and beat for 1 minute. Let it sit for 10 minutes then use the blue 3-ounce scoop on a silpat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
