• 1 Bottle Dry white wine or Pino Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 12 Ounces St. Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
  • 12 Ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • 12 Ounces fresh orange juice
  • Angostura bitters
  • fresh berries


Method: In a large pitcher, combine ingredients and stir.  Add 6 dashes of Angostura bitters to the tip of the pop molds, add assorted fresh fruit to freeze into popes, then pour mixture into molds.  Add cover and insert Popsicle sticks.  Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.  Remove and Serve in a rocks glass over Prosecco or Champagne.
