Ingredients

Crispy Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 Pound brussel sprouts, halved and washed
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 Pinch of pink salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch of black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Teaspoons garlic powder

Maple Mustard Sauce

  • 4 Tablespoons stoneground mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons grade A maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Teaspoon hot water to thin

Directions

Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 F and arrange your brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.

Toss evenly with avocado oil and season the brussel sprouts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place seasoned brussel sprouts in oven for 25 minutes.

Shut off the oven and let the tray sit inside for 15-20 minutes. The Brussels will dehydrate in the oven and get even crispier.

Maple Mustard Sauce

Combine sauce ingredients and drizzle over prepared brussel sprouts.

Garnish with radish microgreens and enjoy!
