Creamy Cilantro-Lime Avocado Dressing

This versatile dressing can be poured over chicken breast, steak, salad, or roasted vegetables. The creaminess of the avocado and almond milk, pair well with the bright, herbacious pop of cilantro. 


For the Creamy Cilantro-Lime Avocado Dressing

  • 2/3 Cups unsweetened almond milk, such as Almond Breeze® Unsweetened Original
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 Ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 Green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1 Small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 Teaspoon each salt, freshly ground pepper, and cumin


For the Creamy Cilantro-Lime Avocado Dressing

In blender, combine Almond Breeze, olive oil, avocado, green onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, salt, pepper and cumin; blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.

Tip: For a thinner consistency of dressing, add an additional 1/2 cup (125 mL) Almond Breeze® Unsweetened Original.
