Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir well to combine. Heat over low heat to melt cheese.
Place in serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.
Alternate directions: Place all ingredients in a small crockpot and heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Keep on warm setting until ready to serve.
For the Buffalo Tuna Dip
- 2 Pouches tuna, such as StarKist Tuna Creations Buffalo Style
- 8 Ounces light cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 Cup shredded Mexican style cheese
- 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 Teaspoon onion, minced
- Pepper to taste
