Banana Mug Cake

This recipe is great as a snack or for dessert

I like this recipe a lot. It's sort of a combination between banana bread and a banana split if you serve it with ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • dash of milk

Directions

In a mug, mix your dry ingredients together.

stir in your milk, butter, banana and egg.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until set.

Serve immediately.
