A serrated peeler works best for peeling kiwifruit.

  • ¼ Cup herbed soft cheese spread
  • 2 organic Green Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as Zespri®
  • 2 SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as Zespri®
  • 8 slices crisply-cooked lower-sodium bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 medium slices bread


Spread 1 tablespoon of the cheese on 4 slices of the bread. Divide the kiwifruit, bacon and lettuce over cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
