Quinoa Bites

2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
1 Egg
1 Cup Shredded Carrot
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Flour
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill to the top with the quinoa mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
