Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ounce sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
Directions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl with the coconut oil. Pour the coconut milk over the mixture and garnish with cranberries.
