The Crackle Shack Burger Makes A Special Appearance At Vegas Uncork'd

The "elusive" Crackle Shack burger, which gets its crunch from pork cracklings, made a special appearance at Bon Appétit's 10th-annual culinary and wine event, Vegas Uncork'd. Shake Shack describes the burger as "an American cheeseburger topped with pork cracklings, malted vinegar, and Shack sauce."

The Vegas Shack served up the burger at The Ultimate Comforts & Classics Affair at Downtown Container Park. Guests also enjoyed scoops of Uncork'd Caramel Pretzel Custard at The Grand Tasting Event at Caesar's Palace.

Michael Wang, the general manager of Shake Shack's Las Vegas location, told FoodBeast that there have already been talks of adding the burger to its menu, however for now it was an exclusive offering for the Vegas event. The Crackle Shack burger previously made an appearance at the eighth-annual New York City Wine and Food Festival's Burger Bash in 2015.
