Valar Morghulis: The Latest Game Of Thrones Beer Is Here
Ommegang and HBO have announced the newest beer to be introduced in the Game of Thrones collaboration series, which officially hit shelves on October 1. Fan voting determined the newest addition to the series, Valar Morghulis, which those who follow the show will recognize as "all men must die."
As part of a Facebook poll fans also got to choose the style of the beer, a Belgian-style brew which originates from the 1800s and was first brewed by monks.
In the words of Ommegang:
"An Abbey Dubbel was selected and it is perfectly represented by the "two- headed" coin given to Arya Stark by Jaqen H'ghar, one of the "Faceless Men of Braavos" – legendary assassins with the ability to change their appearances at will."
Valar Morghulis is available in 750 milliliter bottles and 1/6 barrel kegs. Find out how to get your hands on the latest Game of Thrones brew with the Ommegang Beer Finder.
