Now You Can Buy The Cutest Tiny Avocados At Trader Joe's

Trader Joe's has taken the world's avocado obsession to a new level. Instead of selling jumbo green fruit, they've introduced a smaller, adorable option: Teeny Tiny Avocados.

Trader Joe's admits that while the name is cute, it's not entirely accurate. According to the company, smaller avocados are technically "personal, single-serve, 'where have you been all my life'-sized Hass Avocados." They are marketed as avocados that are "just the right size" for toast or salad, so there's no need to wrap the other half and save it for later.

The avocados will even last longer, according to Bon Appetit. The tiny avocados stayed "nice and green" after being in the refrigerator for three days, longer than could be expected for their regular-sized cousins.

The Teeny Tiny Avocados come in packs of six for $2.69 to $2.99 in the produce section of Trader Joe's grocery stores.
