Dieting can often feel like a choice between being healthy and having delicious food — but Melissa d’Arabian shows one of her recipes that will remind us that the choice doesn’t even have to exist!

The host of the Cooking Channel’s Drop 5 Lbs with Good Housekeeping stopped by to show us her recipe for Horseradish Salmon. D’Arabian is particularly fond of this recipe because it meets all the diet criteria. "You’re going to see how fast this is going to be and it’s going to be really filling because you’re going to get nice big pieces of salmon, which have a lot of protein... That’s half the battle in losing weight, is having food that tastes good and fills you up!" she says.
