Jennifer Aniston's Strict Diet

The star prepared for her new film by eating kale, vegetables

Jennifer Aniston got into shape for her newest film by sticking to a strict diet.

As if we didn’t already think she’s perfect, Jennifer Aniston is giving us more evidence of her physical flawlessness. According to a recent People magazine article, the star prepared for a scene in her new movie We’re the Millers, in which she wears only her underwear, by putting herself on an extremely strict diet.

Aniston stated to Access Hollywood that she stuck to mostly vegetables, kale, lean proteins, and greens while preparing for the scene, although "I did eat that day," she said. And, harnessing willpower unknown to mere mortals, she didn’t cheat — not once. "When I really wanted to have a cheat day I had to have a kale chip," she conceded (does that even really count as cheating?).

Although Aniston had been carefully taking note of everything she ate, "There was some major strapping and organizing," she added. "I had no taping. I really just doubled my bras… Why I thought that was going to help protect anything is beyond me."

We’re not so sure about the all-kale-no-cupcake thing, but if we were going to be half-naked on screen, we’d want to double up on as much clothing as possible, too.
