- 1 yogurt, preferably Fage Greek non-fat or low-fat
- 1 banana, or any other fruits
- Honey, preferably local
At your desk, peel off the yogurt cover. Peel the banana and slice the desired amount with a spoon into the yogurt, drizzle honey over the banana-yogurt mixture. If you made homemade granola, you can add some too.
