 Gazpacho is a Spanish classic, best made when juicy tomatoes are in season.

This easy recipe can be thrown together with any fruit you have on hand and can be eaten at home or at work.


  • 1 yogurt, preferably Fage Greek non-fat or low-fat
  • 1 banana, or any other fruits
  • Honey, preferably local


At your desk, peel off the yogurt cover. Peel the banana and slice the desired amount with a spoon into the yogurt, drizzle honey over the banana-yogurt mixture. If you made homemade granola, you can add some too.
