Featured Menus: New York City Edition
The Daily Meal's Featured Menus column highlights new and exciting offerings from restaurants in major cities across the country.
• Momofuku: The restaurant group's upcoming Sundays on the X dinner menu on August 21st at Má Pêche will include chilled goat in consommé, goat ricotta from Lynnhaven Farms, rack and leg of lamb, and goat milk sorbet.
• Adour: To celebrate his 55th birthday, renowned chef Alain Ducasse will offer a special menu available for the month of September at his restaurant, Adour at the St. Regis New York. The tasting menu is inspired by the chef's signature dishes from his stable of restaurants worldwide. The meal begins with baked Atlantic halibut followed by milk-fed veal medallions and finishes with dark chocolate sorbet.
• Alfama: The restaurant has just launched a new happy hour special called Get Happy in Portuguese, which features a daily food and wine pairing. Some of the food items include cod cakes, shrimp turnovers, and quail crostini.
• Le Cirque: The iconic New York City restaurant is teaming up with the Guerilla Culinary Brigade to open a pop-up from August 23rd – 26th in Manhattan's Lower East Side. Their rotating menus will feature a theme ingredient of the day — lobster, watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, and sweet corn —respectively.
