We have watched the very talented Chef Scott Pajak for years and are repeatedly impressed by his creativity and passion for good food. In this food-centric city, he continues to stand out among all-star culinary talent, and wow his diners.
With that said, it’s no surprise that Chef Scott has been a part of renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse’s organization for years and currently works as Executive Chef at Lagasse’s Stadium at The Plazzo in Las Vegas. Once we heard that Chef Scott added several new innovative dishes to the menu, we knew we had to pay him a visit.
We highly recommend the New Zealand Lamb appetizer. This palate pleasing lamb is perfectly seasoned with salt, pepper, and Emeril’s essence. Served with a side of mustard and veggies, this savory appetizer makes for a perfect starter to add to your meal.
If you’re looking for something on the lighter side, Chef Scott also offers fresh Beausoleil oysters by the dozen, a type of oyster chosen for its consistency in flavor. For other seafood choices, you can’t go wrong with a perfectly seared Ahi Tuna, which is yet another tasty option to choose from.
Those of you with a sweet tooth will love Chef Scott’s Gluten free double chocolate brownie sundae. Our taste buds jumped for joy after indulging in the decadent dessert which was made complete with maple infused whiskey chocolate sauce, candy pecans, cream, and finally topped with coffee ice cream.
