The UK’s First Pop-Up Pug Café

A pop-up pug café is coming to the United Kingdom, hosted by the Guildford Pug Meetup group. The pop-up will transform Esquires Guildford coffee shop into a pug haven for both dogs and pet parents to enjoy. At the café, there will be “special doggy muffins, delicious doggy cakes, and other pugtastic baked treats,” according to the Facebook event page. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with RSVPs required to attend. Unfortunately, all the time slots have been booked, but we’re hoping a pug pop-up will make its way to the States soon.

Katy Perry Teases New Music Hidden in Cherry Pie Recipe

Katy Perry just teased her fans by sending a newsletter email blast with a recipe for the “World’s Best Cherry Pie.” But even though this seems to be an actual pie recipe, savvy fans will note that her cryptic caption — “Bake me a pie and you may get a surprise” —alludes to some delicious new music coming soon from the pop songstress. In response, fans are baking pies for Perry so that she unveils her secrets. Perry promised her hardworking baker fans that there’s a “surprise in the mail” for those who took the time to follow the instructions.

JetBlue came in first with a customer satisfaction score of 82. United — currently undergoing a PR crisis after a man was forcefully dragged off one of their planes — is up three percent from last year, but is still considered the third-worst airline option for consumers.

Can Pizza Induce Labor? Patrons at This North Carolina Pizzeria Think So

Some believe that drinking raspberry leaf tea or eating pineapple can induce labor, but another theory is circulating, and it involves everyone’s favorite junk food: pizza. But it’s not just any pizza — it’s the Buffalo Wing Pizza at Hawthorne’s New York Pizza & Bar in Charlotte, North Carolina. Legend has it that Hawthorne’s is a popular spot among pregnant women because of the pizza, also called “The Inducer,” Charlotte Five reported. According to one patron, Kristin Kogan, her water broke after eating one slice of pizza.
