Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
