- ½ Hass avocado
- 1 whole-wheat English muffin, toasted
- ½ lime
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Kosher salt
- 1 egg, hard boiled and sliced
- Your favorite powdered hot spice (such as cayenne or red pepper flakes)
Scoop the avocado onto both halves of the English muffin and mash it down with a fork to spread it evenly over the toast.
Squeeze lime over the avocado.
Sprinkle the avocado with cilantro and salt.
Top with egg slices and sprinkle with hot spice.
