Diane’s Out-the-Door Delish Breakfast Recipe

Not only is this quick and easy breakfast recipe packed with protein, whole grains, and healthy fat to keep you full, it’s flavorful and delicious!

  • ½ Hass avocado
  • 1 whole-wheat English muffin, toasted
  • ½ lime
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 egg, hard boiled and sliced
  • Your favorite powdered hot spice (such as cayenne or red pepper flakes)


Scoop the avocado onto both halves of the English muffin and mash it down with a fork to spread it evenly over the toast.

Squeeze lime over the avocado.

Sprinkle the avocado with cilantro and salt.

Top with egg slices and sprinkle with hot spice.
