- 1 3/4 Cup almond flour or meal
- 1/4 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
- 1/4 Cup cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1/4 Cup butter, sofetened
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 8-inch-by-8-inch pan.
Mix almond flour, cocoa, Splenda, baking soda, and salt. Add butter and coconut oil and stir until well mixed. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Spread dough in pan. Bake 15 minutes or until dough is set.
Cool at least 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 25 pieces.
