Though there’s some debate as to whether or not you should brine your turkey (submerging it into a salt solution that helps to tenderize the meat and allows flavor to be absorbed into the meat), it is an easy way to roast a flavorful turkey. You’ll need to plan ahead (the turkey needs to soak in the brine for a full 24 hours), but after that time you simply pat the turkey dry and roast it the oven. The results are fantastic.
