Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love chocolate chip cookies. I have rarely looked one in the face and turned it down. But everyone needs a little variety now and again, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies provide just that. These are melty, with bittersweet dark chocolate, chewy dough, and, a surprise nutty oat flavor that makes you think these cookies are actually healthy! (Well, oats are good for you, so there’s that justification.) These are fun and easy to make and are crazy delicious when dunked in ice-cold milk. They look particularly cute stacked in a mason jar and given as homemade gifts or party favors — give them out with an individual-sized carton of milk and your job is done! Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies, by far my most beloved, were by far the most difficult to make gluten-free and still be delicious. In total, I wrestled with the legendary Toll House/Neiman Marcus goodie eighty-seven times. After such an epic battle, I feel as though I can rightly say that these cookies are one of my most cherished achievements. The texture is pristine, with an initial crunch that immediately surrenders to a moist center overflowing with complex, gorgeous chocolate flavor. So get those glasses of milk ready, because with these cookies, you can dunk away as you smile in the face of gluten! Adapted from "Blackbird Bakery Gluten-Free" by Karen Morgan.

Thick N' Chewy Chocolate Cookie Recipe by The Kitchen Magpie
These were a thick and chewy version and to obtain that you need to cut the butter amount in half. These were good and very kid friendly, thick and delicious, strong enough to hold together in children’s lunches and small enough that you don’t feel too guilty sending them to school for a treat. Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
There is almost nothing better than the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven. The rich, comforting aroma brings back cozy childhood memories of gooey cookies and big glasses of milk. This version of the classic delivers on smell, taste, and texture — and just the right amount of chocolate chips. I like to use a mixture of milk chocolate and semisweet chips for the perfect balance, but any combination of flavors will work here. Eat them fresh out of the oven with a big glass of milk for a real throwback treat.  Click here to see more easy cookie recipes.

It's a bold claim to publicly declare my chocolate chip cookies to be the best ever. Just know that I wouldn't say this if I didn't really believe it. And many other people believe it, too, because this has become one of the most popular chocolate chip cookie recipes on the Internet! What makes them so special? They aren't too sweet, have crispy bottoms and soft, chewy centers, and are loaded with chocolate chips and a hint of sea salt in every bite. These cookies are truly magnificent.  Click here to see more Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes.
