Ingredients
  • 2 pound sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut into 1/2-inch wide sticks
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the potato sticks in a medium-sized bowl and, using hands, toss with the melted butter. Season with the nutmeg and salt and arrange them skin side down, 1 inch apart, on a baking sheet. Bake until outsides are crispy and insides are tender, about 20 minutes.
