Raymond Amberhill Merlot 1999

Amberhill Merlot is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from several grape growing regions of California. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in 60 gallon oak barrels, the wine is smooth and flavorful. The silky texture and light character of this red varietal makes it an excellent alternative to heavy, robust red wines. Pairs nicely with grilled poultry, roasted chicken, grilled salmon, sautéed veal, meat stews and spicy pasta dishes.
