Winemaker's Notes

A dry white wine, crisp and lively, with nicely focused lemon and pear aromas and flavors with hints of spicy vanilla. A rich and complex yet elegant interpretation. Perfect companion for fish, poultry and pork prepared with rich sauce. Grilled cobia with parmesan butter sauce, roasted chicken, baked honey ham, grilled tuna, and smoked Gouda.
