- 3-4 fresh pineapple chunks
- 2-3 thin slices jalapeño
- 1 ½ ounces Ilegal Mezcal Reposado
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- Lime slice, for garnish
Muddle the pineapple chunks and jalapeño with the mezcal. Add ice and shake.
Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime slice.
