Servings
1
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon hot chinese chile sauce (instead of tabasco)
- tomato juice and chipotle vodka
- squeeze of half a lemon
- beef bouillon
- squeeze of anchovy paste
- dash of soy sauce and worcestershire sauce
- lemon salt.
- horseradish
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 1 olive
- 1 bacon
Directions
- Mix the Chinese chile sauce, tomato juice and chipotle vodka, beef bouillon, horseradish, anchovy paste, oy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and grated garlic clove together using amounts that suit your palate, and you’ll have a winner cocktail in your hand.
- Find some olives and/or shucked oysters (fish section of good grocers will have jars of oysters). Wrap with bacon and hold together with a toothpick. Bake at 400 degrees til the bacon is cooked. Don’t broil, as you’ll set the toothpicks on fire unless you’ve soaked them in water for 30 mins or so. Too fussy to do that.
