- 2 Ounces Sugar Snap Peas Karlsson's Vodka
- 3/4 Ounces lime
- 1/2 Ounce mint simple syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain mixture into a Coupe glass and serve with a crispy proscuitto garnish. To make pea vodka: Blend 1 bottle of voda with two cups of fresh peas. Let sit in a cooler overnight and strain through a chinois.
