Tattooed owner Pierre Jancou and chef Sota have re-launched Vivant Table. The wine remains to be all natural, organic, and the cooking is better than ever. Lancou carefully sources his ingredients and prepares food carefully in the beautiful yet unpretentious venue with a unique ambiance. "I love places with history," said to the UK Guardian on the restaurant’s location- which used to be an exotic bird shop. The small 20-seat restaurant doesn’t fall short on food though. The modern light fare sets itself apart from much of the heavier food served in Paris. Be aware that you should make reservations, and the menu is fixed.
