Steve Redzikowski of OAK at Fourteenth gives his picks for where to eat and drink in Boulder

Steve Redzikowski, the owner and chef of OAK at Fourteenth, which serves local and seasonal new American cuisine, shares his favorite breakfast, dinner, and drink spots in the Rocky Mountain city with The Daily Meal's Ali Rosen.

After visitors have stopped for a bite to eat at OAK at Fourteenth, Redzikowski advises them to sample a few microbrews at Boulder's many breweries — several feature tasting rooms and beer gardens. He recommends a stop at Avery Brewery,

For cocktails, Redzikowski suggests sipping them at dessert and lounge, The Bitter Bar.

Since Boulder is a great city for walkers, Redzikowski likes to go to Cured, a new cheese shop on the east side that has a display case brimming with cheeses and cured meats that are perfect for making a picnic lunch.

And of course, start the day off right with breakfast. Redzikowski's pick is Lucille's, which offers a Southern twist on breakfast from the moment diners are seated and greeted with piping-hot biscuits.
