  • The chefs impeccable technique turns simple dishes like a soft-scrambled egg with trumpet mushrooms into something youll dream about for days.
  • The pasta is sublime and homemade of course!
  • Great food, the chicken was very odd and not the best. Everything else was top notch. Street parking is permit only, but seemed ok.
  • The tasting menu was some of the best food we've had in a long time!
  • The creme brulee was amazing.
  • On our first visit, this place rocketed to the top of our favorite Boston spots: skillful seasonal cooking plus careful but unpretentious service. Limited but very interesting wine list.
  • Intimate space with great food and attentive service. Prix fixe menu feels like a good deal at $55. The fois gras creme brle and asparagus starters were great, and I loved my rare steak!
  • Excellent restaurant with tons of events taking place as well. Reservations are a must.
  • Very romantic. Excellent food.
  • Stout w espresso and maple syrup; genius.

  • This place is amazing! Three of us went for Sunday brunch and were blown away. Outstanding service, great blues music, and a $31 brunch prix fixe option (starter, main dish, dessert or cocktail).
  • Try the Fois Grad Omelette - Smoothly savored.
  • Try the Local Parsnip Soup - Delightfully light.
  • Try the Mimosa - The contessa.
  • Try the Honey Roasted Pork Loin - Slow snow; sled down to see the Velveteen Rabbit.
  • Try the Asparagus Cream Appetizer Shot - Blue Velvet.
  • Get the tasting menu, unbelievable!!
  • One of the intimate, chef-owned restaurants that have defined Cambridge restaurants in recent years and helped the city rival the best of Boston proper. Also, tobacco ice cream. [Eater 38 Member]
