- 1 Ounce Zacapa Rum 23
- 2/3 Ounces Fino Sherry
- 2/3 Ounces Cider
- 1/3 Ounce Chamomile Syrup (1 part tea and 1 part sugar)
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine Zacapa 23 Rum, fino sherry, cider, chamomile syrup and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a highball glass.
