Fried Shishito Peppers and Edamame
Fried shishito peppers and edamame dipped in a piquillo pepper aioli at The Cantina are a great snack to share with friends.
Bloody Mary Bar
Sunday is Bloody Mary bar day at Paradox Grille, with just about anything you can imagine to snazz up your Sunday brunch cocktail. Bitters and hot sauces and bacon, oh my! Pickled asparagus, okra, and jalapeños for substance; spices for flair. It’s all there!
Paradox Grille’s pork wings are anything but wings. These are ribs with a black garlic and ginger glaze and charred green onion. There is nothing ladylike about them, and that makes me love them even more.
Fresh Baked Goods
Who knew that croissants could be so bakery-fresh and perfect out in the desert? When you order one from Entrada, they’re baked fresh to order and come out with the perfect blend of crispy exterior with a warm, soft interior. All those layers!
Healthy Eating (& Drinking)
It’s not all indulgence at the resort. You can start your day at Entrada with a “lean & green” — a glass of naturally sweet honeydew, kiwi, spinach, cucumber, apple, mint, and orange juice — and know you’re doing something right for your body.
When you ask for the fruit & berries at Entrada, expect it to be a cowboy-sized portion. Then enjoy every bit of granola, greek yogurt, and fruit on your plate, because it’s all good for you, right?
Breakfast or Dessert?
Entrada’s banana bread French toast, dressed up with Nutella, hazelnuts, and raspberries, is like dessert for breakfast. I dare you to order it and not finish it — an impossible task, as you’ll practically be licking the crumbs off your plate!
The Real Dessert
Be sure to order a salted caramel ice cream sandwich from Paradox Grille! It’s the perfect way to beat the heat!
