Today, feast on food from the Surf and Turf Truck, which, in addition to all-things seafood, also serves breakfast sandwiches including the classic pork roll, egg and cheese as well as a veg-friendly kale and eggs.

Food School: Make Your Own Bacon

1732 Meats is hosting a beer and bacon filled class at Reading Terminal's new test kitchen, City Kitchen. The two-hour class includes a hands-on demo on making your own cured meats plus beer and a snack-pack of the company's bacon to nibble on during the event.
