Ingredients
  • 2 ounce highland park 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
  • 1 teaspoon apple butter
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce grade a maple syrup
  • 1 dash pastis
  • hard cider
Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
