The Hudson Highland Cup
With apple butter, maple syrup, and hard cider, this cocktail is like fall in a cup.

- 2 Ounces Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 Teaspoon apple butter
- 1 Ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 Ounces Grade A maple syrup
- 1 dash Pastis
- Hard cider
Add all the ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
