- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 Cup chopped celery
- 1 Cup green pepper chopped small
- 1 Cup spanish onion chopped
- 1 package of frozen small peas, cooked, and drained
- 1 Cup Duke's Mayo
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- grated mild cheddar cheese
- bacon bits
In a clear glass bowl, layer lettuce, celery, peppers, onion and peas in order.
Spread mayo evenly over peas, sprinkle sugar over mayo top with cheese, then bacon bits.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
