- 2 1/2 ounces NOLET's Silver Dry Gin
- 1 ounce rhubarb syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Dash of Fee's rhubarb bitters
In a shaker, combine gin, rhubarb syrup (3:1 rhubarb juice to sugar), lime juice, and ice. Shake and served over fresh ice in a collins glass. Top with rhubarb bitters.
