• I know nothing about Cajun cuisine, but I think that ordinarily there isn't much vegan Cajun food. Beignet has a vegan dish, which meets my dietary requirements. It was spicy, and delicious.

• It's all Cajun, complete with coffee (free refills) with a chicory kick. Beignets & crpes in many flavors. My pick was brie and apple crpe. Very popular.
