  • Another of the great places opened during the Great Restaurant Rush of '08-10 in Austin. Only complaint is that it's a very intimate setting, so you better get a reservation or be prepared to wait.
  • Food & Wine Best New Chef 2011 winner Bryce Gilmore's South Lamar restaurant lives up to the hype. Go with a group and order everything on the seasonal small plates menu. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Get anything on the menu, I mean anything. You will not be disappointed. If Jeffery is working at the bar sit at the bar close to him. He'll make your night a ton of fun.
  • You can ask for a mini-spatula to scrape your plate. Just saying.
  • Nothing bad on the menu. Come with a friend(s) and share!
  • Every bite is so precious! Don't expect a Texas-supersized meal, but rather plan to take your tastebuds on the joyride of their comfort-loving lives. Magic on tap and artistes de sabor in the kitchen!
  • Just get one of each.
  • Small plates, small space: Only 34 seats, so expect a wait. Its worth it. A farm-to-table ethos and thoughtful flavor combinations distinguish this first brick & mortar from Bryce Gilmore.
  • Just get everything on the menu!
  • Go with a group of friends and order the entire menu to share. A perfect way to taste the chef's full range.
  • Bryce!! I meant bryce. Damn autocorrect..... sorry bryce
  • Bruce won best new chef in food and wine! Check out this rising star!!!!!
  • good prices. great food.
  • Everything is good. New tasting menu (only) is interesting but takes away choice.
  • Open your mind and bring a friend that is ready for a food adventure.
  • Great locavore hot spot! Chef Bryce Gilmore creates memorable small tapas-style plates made for sharing and enjoying. A foodie gathering spot. The space is small so arrive early or be ready to wait.
  • Ridiculously delish, artfully crafted and albeit tiny small plates. Go with a fat wallet and be prepared to eat your way through the menu. GREAT craft beer selection as well.
  • The chickpea fritters blew my mind. Incredible meal so far and we're only 2 plates in!
  • The veal glands "sweet breads" we're out of this world delicious.
  • Fried brussel sprouts, lemon, capers - oh my
