Ingredients

1 strawberry
1/2 ounce st. germain
1 1/2 ounce hangar mandarinflower vodka
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounce bitter lemon soda
1 dash lemon bitters
1 dash grapefruit bitters

Directions

Muddle whole strawberry in shaker. Add all ingredients except bitter lemon soda. Shake with ice. Strain over ice into Collins glass; top with bitter lemon. Gently combine with spoon. Garnish with strawberry.
