Zucchini Sliders
Looking for a low-carb alternative to the traditional slider? These sliders can be made with turkey or chicken. Swap out buns for thick slices of zucchini.This recipe provided by My Wellness Solutions.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground turkey or chicken
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- chopped lettuce
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large zucchini, sliced into quarter-inch thick circles
Directions
- Combine ground meat, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika, and form quarter-inch small burger patties.
- Heat oil in pan or skillet, add patties and cook about 10 min until well done on both sides.
- Place zucchini slices on a grill (for grill marks) or pan for 2 minutes and set aside to dry.
- Assemble sliders by placing one patty on a zucchini slice, add lettuce and tomato slice, and finish with another zucchini slice on top.
- Add additional toppings to your sliders like avocado, mushrooms, or onions.
