Ingredients

plastic spiders, for ice
1 1/2 ounce blanco tequila, preferably tres agaves
herbal tonic water, preferably fever tree
3 dashes celery bitters
rosemary sprigs, to garnish

Directions

Before you begin making the cocktail, make spider ice by simply freezing plastic toy spiders in ice cubes.
Pour tequila into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and stir. Add dashes of celery bitters and garnish with fresh rosemary.
