Ingredients
  • 2 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small log of organic herbed goat cheese
  • himalayan rock salt or course salt
  • 1/2 cup pea tendrils
Directions
  1. On a serving plate, stack pieces of watermelon. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, olive oil, pea tendrils, and rock salt.
  2. Enjoy with a glass of chilled rosé.
