- 2 Cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small log of organic herbed goat cheese
- Himalayan rock salt or course salt
- 1/2 Cup pea tendrils
On a serving plate, stack pieces of watermelon. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, olive oil, pea tendrils, and rock salt.
Enjoy with a glass of chilled rosé.
