Ingredients
- 1 Ounce Calvados Christian Drouin
- 3/4 ounce St-Germain
- 1/2 ounce Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
- 3 Ounces Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne
- Dash orange bitters
Directions
Stir all ingredients except Champagne to chill. Strain into a flute or coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with an orange or lemon twist.
