Unfortunately, many of the jar dips are loaded with artificial ingredients and preservatives. This healthy cheese dip will completely revolutionize the way you cater game days and parties

Ingredients
  • 4 ounce soft tofu, such as house foods premium soft tofu
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 6 pickled jalapeno slices
  • 3 tablespoon jalapeno pickling liquid
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • salt
Directions
  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool.
  2. Rinse and drain tofu.
  3. Place tofu, potatoes, carrots and all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt and nutritional yeast if needed.
  4. Transfer sauce to a small saucepan. Warm over medium to medium high heat until slightly thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cayenne, if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers or veggies.
