Turkey tenderloin is a great recipe to make during busy weeknights because you can just throw it in the oven and let it cook. It’s best to marinate the tenderloin beforehand to impart flavor — this recipe calls for soy sauce and mustard.

Turkey Tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 pound turkey tenderloin
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Place the turkey tenderloin in a zip lock bag and pour the soy sauce mixture inside.
  3. Marinate the turkey in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Take the tenderloin out of the zip lock bag and place in a baking pan. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until meat is fully cooked through — it is done when you pierce it with a fork and the juices run clear or it registers at 160 degrees F on a thermometer.
  5. Take out of the oven, slice meat, and serve.
